Studying for exams - "It all starts with just a bowl of e'Pap"
Two students share why they eat e'Pap every day to get them through the stresses of student life.....
To hear what Donna has to say click on the link above

WHY I RECOMMEND E’PAP TO
VARSITY STUDENTS
Dear
Dr Basil Kransdorff
The
life of a Varsity student can be extremely stressful and demanding, from
adapting to a new environment to keeping up with hectic work load of
assignments and studying for an upcoming test or exam. This leads to students
trying various kinds of ways to keep up with this new demanding lifestyle they
have just entered into, from waking up early in the morning from a night of
staying up late studying for a test and having to rush off to an early lecture.
So
what could help students cope with all this? Well most students turn to energy
drinks to increase their energy levels and to remain active during lectures.
Some students even use expensive supplements to help them receive those needed
nutrients which they need to expand their concentration during important
lectures. These become heavily expensive to purchase to both the parents and
students which leads to a number of things being cut out of monthly budgets in
order to afford the essentials that an
average student need to live a stress free varsity lifestyle. Some students
even come across the problem of not having enough money to purchase enough food
which would last for Semester
or month which leads to them going back to their own accommodation/varsity Res without anything to eat
or cook and that also contributes to fatigue and lack of concentration between
lectures because of an empty stomach.
I
believe that a healthy student achieves the best out of him/her selves as they
work better and efficiently to achieve their goals through a healthy stress
free lifestyle.
How can a student achieve all this? Well I recommend a simple
bowl of instant e’Pap a day. Why I recommend e’Pap? Simple, Because as a former
varsity student I too went through all sorts of challenges that a student
studying towards their career. e’Pap helped through these challenges as I had a hard
time adapting to this new kind of lifestyle and at times couldn’t cope with the
workload given to me by lectures and having to concentrate during lectures as I
didn’t have the energy to concentrate after a night of studying or being busy
with a stressful assignment.
My mother soon started purchasing vitamin
supplements which helped me when I had to study for upcoming exams but these
soon ended being an extra expense. I soon started trying out e’Pap and had a
bowl of it in the morning before going to school, I didn’t actually enjoy
having instant porridge as a young boy as compared to having a bowl of Corn
Flakes or Coco pops, I started realising that the vanilla flavoured e’Pap tasted so good and
become an instant fan of in the morning before having to rush off for my morning
early lectures. I then read the packaging and noticed that an adult had to take
4 table spoons which is equivalent to 50 grams per day, with this I soon saw
results from this dosage as I went to all my morning lectures and still felt
full by my midday break. This then meant that I didn’t have to buy lunch and
used that time to go to the library and catch up on notes I missed in the
previous lectures.
I soon noticed that my concentration span grew and I didn’t
find it hard to concentrate during lectures or when studying, I found that
e’Pap increases your energy and concentration as it helps to addresses the
body’s nutritional requirements such as iron. It also helps with fatigue which
played a major role when I had to attend lectures in the morning and when
coming home from a late lecture where you’re just exhausted and feel like
sleeping or taking a nap.
With taking e’Pap on a regular basis I also then
refrained from drinking energy drinks which we all know have negative
consequences which are created by refined sugar and caffeine.
I
believe e’Pap made my time in varsity a whole easier as it helped defeat a
whole lot of challenges I experienced as a student studying towards my
qualification and truly believe it would help a lot other students the same way
it helped me.
As young adults we all love following trends and need to start
making wise decisions for ourselves whether popular or not and e’Pap proves
that a healthy student achieves excellent results for their future careers and
lives as young future adults and parents to the next generation which will be
taught the same....IT ALL STARTS WITH JUST A BOWL OF “e’Pap.
With
Kind Regards
Kagiso

Rotary Awards Highest Honour, Paul Harris Fellowship, to Dr Basil Kransdorff and the e'Pap Team
![]() |
| Dr Kransdorff with Jo Maxwell |
A humorous moment was had by all as it was a surprise presentation organized by long term e'Pap supporter Jo Maxwell. In on the act was our Cape Town distributor, Harold Peters. Not a whisper from anyone.
Jo Maxwell, a Rotarian from Claremont Rotary Club was one of the first people to understand and recognize the e'Pap contribution to addressing malnutrition (hidden hunger) in relation to early childhood development. She introduced e'Pap to Cape Town creches 14 years ago. She continues to ensure that children receive it. For her efforts in the community, Jo received a Paul Harris Fellowship award in 2008. In 2014 Shelley Godsell was also awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship for their work in setting up the e'Pap Feeding Project in the Eastern Cape www.epapfeeding.co.za. Shelley and Peter Godsell created the e'Pap feeding program that now feeds e'Pap to 5,000 children in 95 schools across the Garden Route in South Africa. The exciting part of this project is the 100 volunteers in the area ensure that the children receive their e'Pap which forges great relationships across communities. This project is in its 13th year.
A surprised Basil received the award on behalf of the whole e'Pap team across Africa and now across the World. e'Pap Contributors have managed to distribute over 200 million food portions on our 15 year journey and commitment to be part of making Africa - nutrient replete.

XENOPHOBIA EMERGENCY SOUTH AFRICA - THE E'PAP RESPONSE - STOP TALKING ABOUT DOING SOMETHING, JUST DO IT
The e'Pap Support to Victims of Xenophobia Program
e’Pap South Africa was
approached by a number of faith based organizations and NGO's working in
communities in Johannesburg and Durban to help victims of xenophobia. Many of
these refugees are being supported in shelters where the NGO's are requesting
the public to organize non-perishable food to be delivered to distribution
points in both cities to support those affected by the outrageous xenophobic
outbreaks.
As a company committed to
providing assistance to all communities in need, e'Pap galvanised its
significant local and international networks to mobilise support to the victims
and with responses coming in from within South Africa, as well as Australia and
Europe, over 40 000 meal portions have been delivered to distribution
points within just a few days.
To grow the support we are
requesting NGO's, corporations and individuals to purchase e'Pap for these
displaced families. The e’Pap
Johannesburg office will consolidate purchases and organize deliveries to
organizations working with the refugees where it is most needed. The community
based organizations working on the ground will ensure it gets to these
desperate families. Logistic companies
have also been approached to assist in this emergency program with delivery
"free of charge".

e'Pap Power to Old Georgians Rugby and Game Rangers of Ndumo
In the last couple of weeks we are once again seeing the far reaching impact of e'Pap - from the world of Rugby to the people who protect our wildlife.
The difference between these two worlds is vast, but at the same time there is also an overwhelming commonality between the two. Both are physically, psychologically and emotionally demanding requiring peak fitness, concentration and commitment to ensure their work is carried out to maximum effect.
The first letter to arrive came from Old Georgians RFC and the next great letter came in from the Ndumo Community Project.

e'Pap is Growing in the Corporate Sector
Today was great...

The team was given the opportunity to meet with and have a lunchtime chat about the awesome nutrition in e'Pap with some 1 000 workers at a local Bulawayo factory. The best thing is when you see the "lights go on", when people really "get" what e'Pap is all about. More corporates are understanding that a work force on e'Pap is a turbo boost to the business and with the health benefits come improved productivity and decreased absenteeism.

Zambia Civil Society Organizations Scaling up Nutrition (CSO SUN) Alliance
Dr Basil Kransdorff has just returned from Zambia. e'Pap was invited to a Scaling up Nutrition (SUN)
Conference, to make presentations and to share the e'Pap journey. It was a
great opportunity to engage with mainstream nutritional interventions including
senior management in the World Food program (WFP) and many other International
organizations. There was great interest in our work that could create
opportunities for us to take e'Pap and nutrient repleteness to its next level.![]() |
| An article from the Zambia Post |
Civil Society Scaling Up Nutrition Alliance (CSO-SUN) works
towards a Zambia where every mother and child is assured of sufficient
nutrition.
The e'Pap stand was popular with all and the Zambian e'Pap team served smoothies,
a firm favourite for the delegates.

Visit NANGO expo 2014 to learn more about e'Pap.
"Promoting Public
Participation &Joint Partnerships for Economic Development"
the NGO
EXPO 2014 will take place on the 3-6 September 2014 at Harare Gardens.
NANGO through the NGO Expo will seek the opportunity
of building relationships with Government and the Private Sector. This
will be realised through the exhibition and conferences based on the
theme "Promoting Public Participation and Joint Partnerships for Economic Development". In
its broadest sense, economic development can be defined as the
sustained, concerted actions of policy makers and communities that
promote the standard of living and economic health of a country. In that
regard, it therefore follows that the progressive realisation of
economic development lies not in the efforts of government alone as the
custodian of the economy but that it is a consorted effort of all
stakeholders involved in the development discourse.
e'Pap Zimbabwe working together with Miracle Missions are getting the
word out about the critical importance of building a nutrient economy,
one where nobody need suffer from vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
e'Pap Ambassadors
"As
social entrepreneurs, e’Pap Technologies believes in sustainable development
through creating nutrient replete communities. Our goal is to reduce poverty by
helping to create physiologically functional human beings that can better take
responsibility for their own health and poverty challenges.
It will be nutrient
replete communities that will create the
“nutrient economy” which will address poverty and unnecessary suffering."
Dr B Kransdorff, founder and developer of e'Pap
